Twitter is forming a crypto team to focus on crypto, blockchain and decentralized technologies

According to BlockBeats, on November 11, Tess Rinearson, a member of the Interchain Foundation, announced on her personal social media that she had joined Twitter to lead a new team focused on encryption, blockchain and other decentralized technologies, including but not limited to the encryption field. Tess Rinearson said that when forming the team, she would work hard to understand what encryption can do for Twitter and what Twitter can do for encryption. This encryption team will explore how to support developers to use decentralized applications to manage virtual goods and currencies, and support their work and community. In the future, it will also explore how the ideas of the encryption community can help break through the boundaries of identity, community, ownership, etc. Tess Rinearson's encryption team will also work closely with Bluesky, which was previously launched by Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, to explore the future direction of decentralized social media and ensure that Twitter remains at the forefront of this field.
