Preparation of materials and tools

Modification materials: heat sink, nuts, screws, upper insulation pad, lower insulation pad, and two sets of steel mesh.

Modification tools: air gun, tweezers, grinding tools, silicone grease (above 5W/m·K), and board cleaning water.

Transformation process

1. Use an air gun to remove the heat sink.

2. Grind the mold to cover the hash board, sand and level the chip, and then clean the board surface.

3. Cover the nut positioning mold and weld the nut.

4. Grind the mold cover and apply silicone grease.

5. Install the modified heat sink and secure it by driving the screws in with an electric screwdriver.
