Afterwards, the Shanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission will work with relevant departments to determine and provide relevant information on the virtual currency "mining" list in a timely manner. State Grid Shanxi Electric Power Company and Shanxi Local Electric Power Co., Ltd. will collect the increased electricity fee in a timely and full manner based on the list. For users who stop virtual currency "mining", the relevant municipal development and reform commissions should report the relevant information (electricity account number, electricity address, and time to stop "mining") to the Shanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission in a timely manner. The Shanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission notified power grid companies to stop implementing differential electricity prices. The Shanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission stated that power grid companies must collect surcharges in a timely and full manner in accordance with regulations. For the same electricity user, if electricity used for virtual currency "mining" is mixed with other electricity usage, differentiated electricity prices will be applied to their total electricity usage. If the policy implementation time is less than one meter reading cycle, the surcharge will be determined by multiplying the average daily electricity consumption in the corresponding meter reading cycle by the number of days for which the differentiated electricity price policy should be implemented.
