Therefore, today we will optimize the computing power from 110 segments to 180, and select 3-4 computing power indicators that are most friendly to miners for the final productization of S19pro water cooling based on different computing power indicators, power consumption, and machine power consumption ratio.

From the test, if we change the water-cooled power plug to a three-phase aviation plug and improve the copper bar of the output circuit, it is expected that the power conversion can be optimized by 2-3% and the overall energy efficiency ratio can be improved.

Let's review the whole process of this water cooling upgrade.

1. We prepare a second-hand S19pro 110T air-cooled mining machine

2. Remove the case, fan, and hashboard

3. Remove the air cooling heat sink

4. Cleaning, dust removal and cleaning of hashboard

5. Unboxing our water cooling upgrade kit

6. Silicone grease on the hashboard chip

7. Install water cooling radiator

8. The three computing board water cooling plates have been arranged and the water pipe interface is connected

9. Connect the hashboard and place it back in the chassis

10. Replace the water-cooled power supply

11. Connect water cooling tower

In order to ensure continuous testing of ultra-large currents, the test time is relatively short. The 7000w power supply, which will be mass-produced in August, will be tested for strength according to the industrial finished product plan.

Therefore, the chip temperature under this scheme is only a short-term value. The normal chip temperature, in this mode, should be around 70 degrees.

Mode 2 (30% computing power increase):

Hashrate: 144.36T

Power consumption: 4496w

Chip temperature: 53-57 degrees

Test duration: 62 minutes

Energy efficiency ratio: 31.14w/t

Computing power increased: 34.36T

Improved computing power efficiency ratio: 36.26w/t

Mode 3 (15% computing power increase):

Hashrate: 127.58T

Power consumption: 3678w

Chip temperature: 50-52 degrees

Test duration: 62 minutes

Energy efficiency ratio: 28.81w/t

Computing power increased: 17.58T

Improved computing power efficiency ratio: 24.23w/t

The three (or more) modes are controlled by the miners themselves, and they can freely choose according to the energy point electricity price, currency price, and mood.

The copper bar is used as a water-cooled power source to output power to the mining machine, replacing the previous wire output.

The problem of high voltage level output has been solved, but the choice of material, weight and size will still leave much room for optimization in conductive output.

We will solve the above problems in August and make the best transition from air cooling to water cooling.
